PS:  With requests, I am adding the information below:  Our family has had 8 cats, their names are: Peppy, Candy, Banjo, Sugarpaw, MewMew, Friskie (a french cat), Pumpkin and Muffy (both were wild kittens adopted by us from a vet in CT.) Sugarpaw, Friskie, and Pumpkin disappeared.  We think maybe they were abducted.

Two days before Friskie disappeared, I witnessed someone trying to steal her in front of our house.  This statement is for these people, please don't take cats that don't belong to you. they have owners.  We could not keep a collar on her.   We still have Muffy, she is 7 years old and has one terrific MEOW when she sees another cat in our yard.  She is also afraid of the garage door-opener and cars, which is a good thing indeed!

A highly recommended book.
Here is the answer:  When you look on their foreheads you can see a  'M' .   Muffy's M is closer together than Pumpkin's M. Pumpkin's overall coat of hair has a golden color and Muffy's has a silver color in her hair. Did you guess it?

All photos are meant to amuse you and make you smile.  I hope that I have done that and you enjoyed your stay. If you have gotten this far and liked my "forget me nots" stories and have one of your own and you would like to share, please sign the Guest Book below or send me a separate email to tell me your story.  Thanks for visiting.

"I need a little help, please!"

"That is the caption here.  It reminds me of the time when Friskie(a kitten then) slid and fell off the terrace and was hanging by the grapevines until I came to rescue her.  She was so scared!   She was playing and misjudged.
The photo at the left I took of Friskie in France after my son was blowing bubbles. It is titled "New Experience" and is on the website: International Library of Photographers at www.picture.com please visit for a larger photo.  Just type in my name Dufilie, under Nature.  They have photo mugs, tshirts, mousepads, etc to purchase with any photo on their site.

Candy above on the left and Peppy on the right were sisters.  I think it is good to have two cats so they can keep each other company.  We had them for 17 years.  They used to sit one on each side of me while I was watching tv.

Peppie, she was a very loud cat but an affectionate cat. I think she was part siamese.  Every morning at 7:00 she would come to our bedroom door and let out this very loud meow just like an alarm clock!
Another time, to get her to stop getting in my son's crib, and laying next to him, I sprinkled water on her.   Thinking about it now, I guess she could have been an alarm clock for my son and I.

"Memorable photographs, moving speeches, music we want to hear again and again, sculpture we return to, ballet, poems and novels that endure, masterpieces of painting--genuine art in any form--all have two elements in common: the artist has an important statement to make, and that statement is made with eloquence.  Eloquence and substance are what we should strive for in any form of expression.
