"Made in the U.S.A."
Polymerclay is an amazing medium to work with.  It is a fun hobby.  When I discovered that I could put photos on the clay that is when I decided I could make these.  I started out making marblized bases and then discovered I could also make the candy cane frames with white centers to put a photo on.  As with any hobby it is time consuming but relaxing and nice to see your favorite photo in them.

This is a how to website.  Photos need to be scanned, cropped if necessary, printed out, then decoupaged onto the clay after the clay is baked.

Sizes vary - depending on the photo but the average that I make is 2 1/2" x 3" or they can be 2" x 2 1/2".   I add 1/4" boarder around the photo to find the size of the frame.  I bake the square first, then add the twisted strip around and bake again.  Then the photo is decoupaged on the frame. You can use one of those fancy edge scissors to cut around the photo for a nice unique look.

Polymerclay photomagnets, and coasters I made as a hobby when time permitted. I like to take photos. I have added some more to the pcblanks to show you how nice they look with a photo.  They are handcrafted by me and make very unique gifts.

You can see my other pages below.  You can view my originally designed coffee coasters too.
I also have instructions on how to make them if you would like to try to make them on your own.  Just remember to put design originally created by me.  Thank you.  If you have a website and think that I would be interested in, please email or sign my guestbook and let me know about it and I will have a look.  Thanks. Rebecca:-)

A new page has been added to show you my handcrafted pc beads.

Here are some blank finished pieces to show you for examples.  The blank square is around 1/4" thick  and size is 2 1/2" x 2 1/2".  I used a plastic quilting template and cut around it with a blade.  Then it is baked in a toaster oven outside, for 10 mins at 265 degrees.  Then I put a strip around 3/8" or more thickness and cut it diagonally to join it, preferably at the white part so you won't interrupt the pattern.  Then, I bake it again for 10 mins at the same temperature.  Do not overbake, it will burn.  Then, I sized, cut and trimmed the photo and then decoupaged it on.
In recognition of creativity, integrity and excellence on the Web, I have won the Golden Web Award above.

I have also won the Golden Crane Creativity Award for posting my instructions on my polymerclay coasters website, on page 8.
